Certified Enclosure

The most efficient solution for compression stations goes under one name: GASVECTOR. Fitted with a compact prefabricated modular structure that is versatile and easy to install, the GASVECTOR is optimised to house the DA500, DA300 and SA200 natural gas and technical gas compressors. The enclosure can also house all the parts needed for the system to operate.

 

The enclosure is CE certified and has Grade 1 fire safety certification, the equivalent of enclosures made in reinforced concrete.

 

The GASVECTOR is available in the COMPACT version with one compression unit and the possibility of a storage unit, and in the TWIN version with two compression units and the possibility of two storage units. Custom sizes and configurations are available, on request.

  • Electrical and electronic connections housed in specific ducts.
  • Forced ventilation system controlled by gas sensor.
  • Self-supporting structure with eye-bolts for ease of handling.
  • Special coating on the outer walls for the guarantee of longer life.
  • Damping unit integrated in the compressor housing.
  • Maximum noise level: 75 dB(A), measured at a distance of 1 metre from the system.
  • Optional silencers to reduce noise to 55 dB(A) in the water-cooled version.
  • Rear door located opposite the pump unit for maximum ease during maintenance.
  • Ventilation outlets fitted with inaccessible safety grilles.
  • Available in several versions like the TWIN: 2 compressors in the same enclosure.
  • CE certification.
  • Control housing located in a secure area with the possibility of climate control, containing:
  1. Electric control panel.
  2. Control panel.
  3. Compressed air system with filter and dryer.
  4. Ventilation system.
